Whether you’re picking up classroom goodies, holiday treats, or winter essentials, we want to give a little warmth back to you. ❤️❄️

Redeeming your rebate is simple:

  1. Visit Five Below at Reisterstown Road Plaza
  2. Make an in-store purchase of $50 or more
  3. Scan the QR code or click the link to fill out the Google Form and upload a photo of your receipt and valid teacher ID.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive a $25 rebate—a little winter bonus, just for you!

This teacher appreciation offer runs through December 31, 2025, so be sure to submit your receipt before the year wraps up.

Contest Overview
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Owner is “RRP” (TRC RRP Holdings LLC), an entity of Tide Realty Capital, whose Instagram handle is @ReisterstownRoadPlaza and Facebook Page is The Reisterstown Road Plaza. The “Rebate” refers to a one-time $25 rebate issued to eligible participants after verification of a qualifying purchase and valid teacher identification.

This Promotion is a rebate offer, not a contest, sweepstakes, or game of chance. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period
All qualifying purchases and submissions must be completed by 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on December 31, 2025. Submissions received after this deadline will not be eligible for the Rebate.

Eligibility & Entry
The Promotion is open only to:

  • Individuals who are currently employed as teachers, including but not limited to public, private, charter, and early childhood educators.
  • Residents of the Maryland.
  • Individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

A valid teacher ID must be submitted for verification. Employees of Tide Realty Capital, TRC RRP Holdings LLC, Warschawski, and their affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Instagram, Facebook, and any individual retailers located at Reisterstown Road Plaza are not affiliated with or responsible for this Promotion.

How to Participate
To receive the Rebate, participants must complete all steps below:

Note: Rebates will not be issued for any incomplete or failed submissions. Only valid submissions will be eligible for the Rebate.

Qualifying Purchase Requirements

  • Purchases must be made at Five Below at The Reisterstown Road Plaza and total $50 or more.
  • Receipts may not be combined. Each submission must correspond to a single receipt.
  • Receipts must clearly display the store name, date, purchase total, and itemized purchases.
  • Altered, illegible, duplicate, or fraudulent receipts will be rejected.

Rebate Limitations

  • Limit one (1) rebate per eligible teacher for the duration of the Promotion.
  • Rebate is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable.
  • No cash alternative is available beyond the $25 rebate amount.
  • Rebate must be obtained exclusively through the official Google Form submission process; submissions by email, phone, mail, or in person will not be accepted.
  • Rebate is only valid for in-store purchases at Five Below at The Reisterstown Road Plaza; purchases from other Five Below locations do not qualify and online purchases do not qualify.

Verification & Fraud Prevention

  • RRP and Tide Realty Capital reserve the right to:
  • Verify teacher status and identity;
  • Reject any submission that appears fraudulent, incomplete, tampered with, or inconsistent with the Promotion rules;
  • Request additional documentation if necessary to verify eligibility;
  • Deny the Rebate if a participant does not meet all requirements.

Liability Limitations

  • RRP and Tide Realty Capital will not be held liable for:
  • Failure of receipt of submissions;
  • Lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or incomplete submissions;
  • Technical or system failures preventing upload of documentation or completion of the Google Form;
  • Inability to process or issue rebates due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, RRP’s and Tide Realty Capital’s liability under or in connection with this Promotion is limited to the value of the Rebate ($25).

RRP and Tide Realty Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential costs, losses, or damages arising from participation.

Privacy
Information submitted by participants (including receipts, teacher IDs, and contact information) will be used solely for the purposes of:

  • Verifying eligibility, and
  • Issuing the Rebate.

Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary for fulfillment of the Promotion.

Modification or Termination
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond RRP’s and Tide Realty Capital’s reasonable control, they reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions either in whole or in part, with or without prior notice.

RRP and Tide Realty Capital’s decisions regarding all matters related to this Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
