RRP Spring Scavenger Hunt Giveaway Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, The Contest Owner is “RRP” (TRC RRP Holdings LLC), an entity of Tide Realty Capital, whose Instagram handle is @ReisterstownRoadPlaza and Facebook Page is The Reisterstown Road Plaza. The Prize refers to $250 credit for the winner to use at a store of their choice at The Reisterstown Road Plaza.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on May 8th, 2026. One (1) winner in the Baltimore Metro Area will be selected at random by RRP the week of May 11th, 2026 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

The Contest with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of the Baltimore Metro Area. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Entrants must be over 18 years or older on the date of their entry.

Employees of Tide Realty Capital and of Warschawski are not eligible to enter.

Instagram and Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by completing all three of the following actions:

• Follow @ReisterstownRoadPlaza on Instagram
• Complete the scavenger hunt by finding items around The Plaza that spell P-L-A-Z-A and sending the photos to @ReisterstownRoadPlaza by direct message
• Comment with a spring emoji once you’re done 🌸🌼🌷

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random name picker, such as Rafflys. RRP and Tide Realty Capital will not be held liable if specific inventory at or under the Prize value becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by completing all three of the following actions:

The selected winner will be contacted directly via social media to notify them that they won the Prize. RRP and Tide Realty Capital reserve the right to select a new winner if the original winner has not acknowledged receipt of the Prize within 4 days.

Prize is only applicable to purchases made at stores located at The Reisterstown Road Plaza and is not redeemable for layaway, sale items, store credit, trade-ins and/or cash.

Prize must be used by 7/31/2026 and will expire after this date.

Prize must be redeemed in person at The Reisterstown Road Plaza located at 6564 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, MD. Prize is not redeemable at any merchant using online shopping.

RRP and Tide Realty Capital will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. RRP and Tide Realty Capital take no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RRP’s and Tide Realty Capital’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RRP and Tide Realty Capital shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant, RRP, and Tide Realty Capital and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to RRP and Tide Realty Capital if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond RRP’s and Tide Realty Capital’s reasonable control, RRP and Tide Realty Capital reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

RRP and Tide Realty Capital’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of RRP after the winner has been selected.
