Reisterstown Road Plaza Donates Space to Host One of the Largest Passover Food Drives in the Region
BALTIMORE, MD (April 2, 2025) — Tide Realty Capital, a local real estate investment management and advisory firm, today announced their partnership to host a Passover Food Drive with Chasdei Lev Baltimore, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting teachers and their families while showing appreciation for their devotion to education. The Food Drive, held at Reisterstown Road Plaza (The Plaza), is one of the largest Passover Food Drives in the region, distributing 200 tons of food and household essentials valued at more than $900,000 to more than 300 families in preparation for the holiday season.
On Sunday, March 23, 2025, the parking lot behind Home Depot at The Plaza transformed into a distribution center for food and household items sourced from 20 different schools and organizations, and distributed through a coordinated effort of Chasdei Lev Baltimore and more than 50 volunteers. Season after season, in collaboration with local schools, manufacturers, and distributors, Chasdei Lev Baltimore supports teachers and their families, providing them with essential resources to celebrate the Passover Holiday with comfort and joy.
